Τα περισσότερα προϊόντα είναι κατά παραγγελία. Χρειαζόμαστε περίπου 7-10 ημέρες για την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας σας, ανάλογα την περίοδο (για Χριστούγεννα και Πάσχα ίσως υπάρξουν περαιτέρω καθυστερήσεις).

Shipping Times
As we are based in Greece, for orders outside of the EU, you will be responsible to cover any customs fees or other charges. Due to Brexit, the same applies to orders in the UK.

Refunds & Returns
We do not accept refunds on any custom orders. For others items, refunds may be accepted when it comes to damaged items. Please note, due to the hand-made nature of the products, small irregularities are completely normal and refunds won’t be accepted on this occasion.
To discuss the issues with a damaged item, you have to let us know within 3 (three) days of receiving your order. The damaged item has to be sent back to us. You are responsible to cover the shipping.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
Δεν δεχόμαστε επιστροφές προϊόντων ή χρημάτων για ειδικές παραγγελίες. Για τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα, κατά περίπτωση, γίνεται επιστροφή χρημάτων για ελλατωματικά ή χτυπημένα αντικείμενα. Επειδή τα προϊόντα είναι φτιαγμένα ένα-ένα στο χέρι, κάποιες μικρο-ατέλειες είναι αναμενώμενες και επιστροφές χρημάτων/προϊόντων δεν θα γίνουν δεκτές.
Για να συζητήσετε κάποια ζήτημα με ελλατωματικό προϊόν, θα πρέπει να μας ενημερώσετε εντός 3 (τριών) ημερών από την παραλαβή. Το προϊόν θα πρέπει να μας επιστραφεί, με δική σας χρέωση αποστολής.
